The act of booking and/or traveling on any of the tours listed herein constitutes acknowledgement of and acceptance of the conditions set out below.

Tour Policies: To ensure everyone’s maximum comfort, no smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted on our tour coaches. We do make frequent stops and those who wish to may then smoke outside of the coach. Seats will be rotated regularly at the direction of the tour escort. Handicapped persons are welcomed on tours provided that they are accompanied and do not require special assistance. Our overnight tours depart from a number of convenient locations including: Huntsville, Port Sydney, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Washago, Orillia, Parry Sound, MacTier, Port Carling and Milford Bay. We also pick up passengers at convenient points en route and we can arrange special departure points for groups.

Booking and Payments: You may book on our tours either in person at our office (located at 450 Ecclestone Drive, Bracebridge), or by telephone (705-645-2583 or toll free 1885). In order to confirm your reservation your deposit (as stated in the tour brochure) should be at our office within four days of booking. Final balance is due thirty days prior to departure, unless specified otherwise in the tour brochure. When booking within thirty days of departure full payment is required at the time of booking.

Hospital Medical Insurance While Outside Canada: Hospital Medical Insurance is available through our office. This coverage may be included in certain tours. To confirm this coverage please check the inclusions listed for the tour which you have booked. Travel Outside of Canada: It is the responsibility of each passenger to have sufficient identification (usually a birth certificate or valid passport) for travel outside of Canada. Hammond Transportation Ltd. will not be responsible for passengers denied acces to the United States, or to other foreign destinations or for re-entry into Canada.

Cancellation Charges and Cancellation Insurance: Unless specified otherwise in the tour outline the following cancellation policy will be enforced:
i) If cancellation notice is received more than 45 days prior to departure a full refund will be made.
ii) If cancellation notice is receivedbetween 45 and 31 days prior to departure the deposit will be forfeited.
iii) Cancellation between 30 and 16 days will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour fare.
iv) Cancellation 15 days or less prior to departure will result in a penalty of the entire tour fare.
To avoid cancellation charges we recommend that you purchase Holiday Cancellation Insurance at the time that your deposit is made.

Box 569, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1T8 - Phone (705)645-2583 and are licensed by the Ontario Travel Industry Act on Registration No. 2065423. Hammond Transportation Ltd. acts only as an agent for tour members in arranging accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants, and is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury due to an act or default of any company engaged in providing service included in our tours.
Hammond Transportation Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour at its discretion should it become necessary.
Hammond Transportation Ltd., reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a member of any tour at any time if the Company decides their conduct is detrimental or incompatible for the best interests of the tour and its members.
Hammond Transportation Ltd. shall be under no liability to such person. Living standards and practices, as well as standards and condition with respect to the provsions of accommodation, services and utilities may be different than those experienced in Ontario.
